eight hundred and three
I LOVE GLEE.
I really love Glee.
Did I mention I love Glee?
I'm trying to figure out why I love it so much. This is what I came up with.
The characters are relatable. We all know or knew the quarterback of the football team or the head cheerleader or the annoying "STAR" of the school. Or the asian, or the lovable gay kid, or the bad boy, or the lovable teacher with problems at home. But would we ever see all these people in one club? No. Not usually, but here they are. Not only are they in a club together, they are in Glee club. The most loserish club in the whole school.
The music. I LOVE musicals, but it's not just musicals, it's all kind of music. Modern and old.
I love FINN. He is just so ... cute. Sigh... Wow, I am so lame hahaha.
I love Emma, OCD was never so adorable.
I love Quinn, but only when she isn't a cheerio. That ponytail had to go and it did.
I love Rachel, so annoying but you have to just love her not to mention a fantastic singer.
I love Kurt, the singles lady dance was never done better.
I absolutely adore Artie, something about a kid in a wheelchair singing 'Dancing With Myself'.
and Tina and Santana and Puck and Mercedes and even dumb Brittney.
GAH, I love Glee that's all there is too it.
It starts back up again on April 13, and believe me I'll be there watching.
And that's all for now.
I really love Glee.

The Superbowl is today, and I am having a hard time caring. Saints and Colts 2010. The only time I feel any interest in the Superbowl is when my dad's Steelers or Josh's Vikings are playing. Which they aren't. Let's see, I "keep up" with the Kardashian's so that puts my alliances to the Saints. Good old Kim, she found a chihuahua and rescued it on the last episode I saw. Is that not so cliche and adorable? Kim Kardashian is walking around Hollywood and finds a lost chihuahua and puts it in her purse. Then goes on to buy it clothes and feed it enough food to feed an army of chihuahuas. Uh, what was I talking about before? Oh yeah the Superbowl. Then we have the Colts, good old Payton Manning with a heart of gold and great talent. So, who should my alliances rest with? Tetris. Yes, my alliances lie with Tetris. Last year during the Superbowl, I got a great game of Tetris in. Man, I love Tetris. Nothing better then stacking blocks up and making them perfectly fit to take down another layer. UGH. The worst thing is when you get up to the top and the caution light starts flashing and you LOSE! Worst day ever. Then you start up another game, and keep playing. And then that cute little theme song that plays in the background. Wow, I want to play, but I gotta wait till four. It's like a Superbowl tradition. Play Tetris, pause for commercials, play Tetris some more, be awesome. And that's all. Maybe I'll update later about who wins and how great my game was. Okay, here's the update. Saints win, and I got numerous games of Tetris in. The End.

This post almost didn't happen, I'm serious. Ugh, I am sooo tired for no apparent reason. I think video games do that to you. And you are most likely thinking in your head, uh... what in the world do video games have to do with anything? And I'm thinking uh... that's what I'm here to tell you. Today, I went to the FIFA tournament of the century. You are probably wondering what is FIFA? According to Urban Dictionary FIFA is a series of EA Sports videogames. General considered to be the greatest soccer videogaming series on the market, if not the best overall videogames.
What did you do last weekend?
I won the Champions League Final 11-0 of FIFA.
On World-Class?
Yeah.
You know that you have no life, right?
Gah, I'm really hating on Urban Dictionary right now. Could everyone stop looking up your name and posting it on Facebook? Maybe I'll gain some respect for it again. UGH. Okay back to the topic.
The tournament was held at Rio Tinto Stadium and my dear husband Joshua and his bestie Martin played in it. And I, was moral support... or something like it. They were doing pretty well until a fourteen year old knocked Josh out of the third round and a twelve year old nerdy glasses boy knocked out Martin in the fourth round. I guess that's what happens when you play FIFA 24/7. Not that Josh and Martin don't play 24/7... Well this leads me to the fifth thing I love. FIFA. Usually I could care less. But today I felt very... emotional about FIFA. I just wanted my boys to win. I was this crazy girl who was jumping and clapping and getting all excited when a goal was scored. Oh not to mention I was one of the only girls. The rest were a bunch of adolescent boys just hitting puberty and haven't gotten the concept of deodorant yet. Oh and men who haven't gotten the concept of deodorant either. Am I getting my point across? It stunk in that room.
I think I'll start playing FIFA. They are having another tournament in April supposedly, and I think I will start training now. No really, I think I will. I'd be that twelve year old kid that they all hate except minus the 12 part just add a girl part. With Josh and Martin as my coaches, I'd have a good chance. Well, maybe. FIFA is life. FIFA or die. Blah, blah, whatever. The End.

Time to blog again, I am making cupcakes as I blog. They are in the oven right now. And they look... uh... good? The middle is falling in, which is no bueno. The beeper just buzzed, took out the cupcakes. They look like poop. Man, I hate comparing the food I make to poop. They don't taste like poop however. They are actually really, really, really tasty. I'm not sure the problem though, Dallin is even here, maybe that 's the problem. Dallin Morris is a bad influence on my cooking, but I love him. Which is why my friends, Dallin Morris is number 4.
Dallin Morris, is a boy, a boy with a dream. He wants to be a chef and I believe in him. Dallin goes to BYU, and I'm not aware if you know the song "I Love College." Well Dallin's theme song should be "I Hate College." He really hates school, but if I went to BYU I would hate it too. Dallin's dream is to go to culinary school and get a business degree, marry a model, and live on the beach. He enjoys Spongebob Squarepants, cruising, the beach, and his favorite cousin Kaci. I only became Dallin's favorite cousin about 6 months ago, when he came to BYU and I was at UVU. So we decided to bond and hang and chill, and we did.
We talked about the troubles of the world and what we would do if we were president. We talked about cakes and food and parents and sisters and BYU and grandmas and great grandmas and well you get the point. And once we made a cake, it was good...? Okay it was terrrible, well not terrible. It was our first time evvvver using fondant. So give us a break, the cake part tasted good at least. Speaking of, I really want to take a cake decoration class. If anyone knows of one, please let me know. I also want to take a yoga class or pilates or something. AHHHH! Getting of topic again. It's the ADD, don't worry about it. Anyways. Dallin, Dallin, Dallin. With nothing more to say, I'm done. That's that.

Well, I am the person your english teacher warned you about. I write useless information, A LOT. That's my writing downfall. Especially in blogging. Okay whatever, the cow jumped over the moon. Anywayyyyyyys.
Oh man I am sooo excited to blog about my number 3 love. CUPCAKES! I love cupcakes, there is something about them that is just... adorable? Is that the word I'm looking for?
1. In the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, cream butter until smooth and creamy, 2 to 3 minutes. With mixer on low speed, add 6 cups sugar, milk, and vanilla; mix until light and fluffy. If necessary, gradually add remaining 2 cups sugar to reach desired consistency.
Enjoy!
Okay, so I'll follow up on how they turn out. Hopefully better then the cake endeavor. But really Dallin and I are chefs. So don't even worry about it.

I don't know if you are aware, buuuut my dear cousin Dallin aka Dmoney and I are chefs. We make cakes. SO the endeavor of this week is going to be cupcakes. I don't mean some crap box betty crocker cupcakes, with crap frosting in a plastic container. I'm talking real.
Also, I'm going to tie this into weddings somehow or the other. Replace your cake with cupcakes. It's just plain adorable. Here I am writing useless things that don't have much to do with the topic at hand. Moving ooonnnnn.

I also want to try red velvet, so we'll find a recipe for that later. AHHHH! Did I mention I am terribly excited to try this?!

Billy's Vanilla, Vanilla Cupcakes
Makes about 30 cupcakes
1 3/4 cups cake flour, not self-rising
1 1/4 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
2 cups sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, cut into 1-inch cubes
4 large eggs
1 cup whole milk
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1. Preheat oven to 325°. Line cupcake pans with paper liners; set aside. In the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, combine flours, sugar, baking powder, and salt; mix on low speed until combined. Add butter, mixing until just coated with flour.
2. In a large glass measuring cup, whisk together eggs, milk, and vanilla. With mixer on medium speed, add wet ingredients in 3 parts, scraping down sides of bowl before each addition; beat until ingredients are incorporated but do not overbeat.
3. Divide batter evenly among liners, filling about two-thirds full. Bake, rotating pan halfway through, until a cake tester inserted in the center comes out clean, 17 to 20 minutes.
4. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Repeat process with remaining batter. Once cupcakes have cooled, use a small offset spatula to frost tops of each cupcake. Decorate with sprinkles, if desired. Serve at room temperature.
Billy's Vanilla Buttercream
Colored sprinkles, for decorating (optional)
Makes enough for 30 cupcakes
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, room temperature
6 to 8 cups confectioners' sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

As you can tell, I am crazy about shabbyblogs and I am having a hard time picking out which background I like the best. So, I think it's probably going to change every single day until I get sick of blogging. Which is hopefully never, but we all know it will most likely be tomorrow. I also just realized, I am not a very good writer. I really need my second half to write well, and I don't mean Josh. I need my little sister. When we are together, we can write these crazy, creative things that make absolutely no sense while making all the sense in the world. We once wrote a story that was the christmas carol revised. A Rapper's Christmas Carol. It was good, really good. We created Ray J by the way, he was our main chraracter, so the girls on that awful show for the love of Ray-J should be thanking Saige and I. There was Ray-Z, Ray-J, and Momma G.Wow. Here I am rambling again. Awesome. This just shows that I need my inspiration named Saige.
So this actually brings me to the number two noun I love. Saige, my little sister. Okay, so I don't know if LOVE is the proper word for her. I don't "love" her by any means. It's just not what we do, we don't "love." We make fun of each other and be really mean and write rude things about each other on facebook. That's how we show "love." I'm actually quite fond of it. I'd rather it be this way then if we really hated each other. We like "hating" on each other. My mom once told me, "love her and leave her." Well I could never leave her, or love her for that matter. (;
Saige is really talented. She is a senior in High School and is a cheerleader. One of the best on her squad she wouldn't want me to say that. She doesn't believe it and probabaly never will, but I don't really care, I'm saying it anyway. Let's see, more about Saige... She is awfully mean and never does the dishes. She has lots of friends and tries to copy me all the time, from my music to my "style" as she calls it. But that's okay, I take it as a form of flattery.
She has this boyfriend named CJ, who wrestles and won some kind of region tournament against some kid who stalls a lot and apparently is a huge DBAG. I know nothing about wrestling and probabaly will never. Josh hates wrestling, so therefore I do too. Okay, that's actually not the reason... I just never got into it I suppose. BUT Saige loves it. She is the assistant captain for the wrestling/basketball season. I did a big campaign for her to become Captain, but the whole "I'm not good enough for anything" hit her. So alas she is not the captain, well not to mention the captain was chosen. She is a fantastic writer, she should really start blogging herself. Did I mention that she is hilarious and she does this face that is so ridiculous. And I love hate her, and that's why she is #2. And that's that.

Alright, this is number one on the list of things I love. It's something I just found. http://www.shabbyblogs.com/backgrounds.html
oh my gosh, these are adorable backgrounds. seriously.
Blogging, blogging, blogging. My goal is to write about at least one thing I love each day, and I am going to stick to that goal. And that's that.

Crazy
I am going to throw this out there, I am crazy. No, really you think I'm kidding. I'm not. The only reason I started yet another blog is because I just have all these insane ideas in my head that I feel the urge to get out. I just come across so many things that I just adore. SO that's what I'll be sharing with you on this little blog of mine.
